Positive: villa situated near golf course, got security guards, ground floor room with toilet for my elderly parents who can’t walk upstairs , provide toiletries , bed was comfortable with good quality cotton bed linen

Negative: Dusty floor , out feet got dirty , no water at the 2 bathroom in the morning , host suppose to sent someone over to fix the issue but nobody show up . We need to use the kitchen water to brush teeth and wash face .
