Positive: Very cozy small apartment with a comfortble bed and a clean bathroom. All basic facilities were provided. Washing machine and detergent were very much appreciated.

Negative: A bit pricier, but it is near the center of Sapporo. I also wish that there were some basic ingredients in the cupboard like salt and sugar.
