Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Amazing indoor Onsen if the temperature that day is correctly adjusted. Generally kind owner but not thoughtful enough. Temperature of each onsen must be checked every day and another internet router must be added to improve the accessibility range.

Negative: Bad heating 'system'. Heating in the whole hotel relies on heat oil lapms. I was so cold. Every part of the hotel was freezing, apart from the front desk and onsen changing room. The heater in my room stopped working multiple times. Onsen temperature outdoors was always too cold - so I never had a chance to use it. Onsen indoor's temperature was not often hot enough, there was a day when it was cold so I could not use it that day. Internet is not accessable from my room (rooms further away from the router do not have access to the wifi). - I was told by the reception to access it from the corridor - first of all, I want to access it from my room, 2nd it's freezing cold in th the corridors. That's not the solution!
