Our home is designed intentionally to bring comfort and be a perfect place for all occasions and events; for short & long term stay, honeymooners, friends and family getaway, for hosting events, used for wedding photo or reality show shootings, retreats, teambuilding; anything you can be creative about.
It is our hope to host our cosy home for you to rest, unplug and enjoy your moment together with your travelling companion. Strolling along the beach, tasting the delicious food by the seafront and adventuring into the iconic sites, you will wish your holiday never ends.
You get exactly what you see!
When you book our home, you are reserving the entire house. So, you will have access into all the area in the house. We have our own private parking and the house is secure with security system.
You can now bring your pets (cats or dogs) along to stay at our place, with maximum of 2. Basic amenity such as cage will be provided. For hygiene purposes, guests must bring their own littering box, food & water bowl and littering sand. There is pet shop nearby that you can visit for any of the needs. So you don't need to worry much. All you need to make sure is the furbabies are not left at home unattended, pick up and dispose their waste properly, they do not naughty (scratch the furniture or mark any territory inside the house). Please make sure your pet(s) is deflea (possible 3 days earlier) before the check in date.
* The fee charged is on daily basis per pet.
However, we expect our guests to abide by our House Rules throughout their stay. Full set of the house rules can be found in the house for your reading.
Our villa stands within the heart of scenic nature, surrounded by exciting places and renowned seafood eateries & stalls. It is a double storey property of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room; equipped kitchen, laundry area, parking spaces & security system. It sleeps up to 10 comfortably / max of 15. We have a garden with ample space (and grill set) for bbq. Basic amenities will be provided. Guests will receive complimentary basket upon their check-in with us.

Guests are abide by the House Rules and all rules are subject to change prior notice.
1. Quiet Hours from 10:00pm-8:00am.
2. No illegal activities (accordance with Malaysian Law) are allowed in the house.
3. No explosive or weapon allowed in the house.
4. Anything broken in the house consider sold.
5. Guests are not allow to take thing out from the house without our consent.
5. Hygiene and cleanliness is top priority in the house. Clear the place or personal belonging after any events / activities.
6. No food is allowed inside the bedroom.
7. Children and pets are not allow to be left at home alone or unsupervised.
7. Gather used towels, throw trash away, turn things off, sweep & mop the floor before checking out.
