Second bedroom: twin beds, built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with expanded bathtub suitable for babies bathing.
Bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer and safe-deposit box are provided free of charge.

- our villas are located in the Residential area, loud music and parties afterare not welcomed, except Christmas and New Year time.
- do not put sanitary napkins or tissues in to the toilet bowl, use bins provided (blockage service fee – 3000 baht per service per piece);
- take off your shoes before entering the house;
- please be responsible guest, turn off air conditioners and lights when you are not in the villa;
- lost keybaht charge will be imposed;
- do not take any decor, books and magazines out of the house;
- do not smoke inside the house (fine 5000 baht will be applied), do not burn any candles or scent sticks;
- you break it - you buy it.
- dry cleaning of 1 mattress in case of damage is 4000 baht
Please separate your trash and leave recyclables in the bag near to the container.
Thailand is a warm tropical country with a lot of flying and crawling creatures. The house is located in green rural area. It is strongly recommended to look after your food, leftovers and trash, as well as keep doors closed at all times to prevent pests from entering the house.
Please note, for the same reason small lizards, mosquitoes, ants, roaches, spiders and other animals are absolutely normal things to see around, especially in rainy season.
