Summary: Great location, very walkable with lots of food options nearby. Room was so tiny I had to get on the one bed so my daughter could pass by to get to bathroom. No room anywhere to actually open a suitcase. No closet, just a bar with some hangers. Very loud traffic noise, even for a New Yorker who actually loves the sound of traffic! Also, when they came to “clean” room, just remade beds. The floor was not vacuumed, and the washcloth I had left on the floor of shower, which you have to do these days if you want towels etc exchanged for new ones, was still there after cleaning…. The bed was so uncomfortable that I was in agony with my back. I thought it was all the walking, but when we stayed the night after we left at a different hotel in different city, I magically got better. So, never again Aloft Ginza. Sorry
