- Parking spot is commonly available for motorbike, car parking spot can be arrange but subject to availability with mostly fee of 500THB (parking spot outside can be parked but not recommended)

- Wifi is optional service and needed to be requested before arrival since it will be sent from Bangkok. Deposit of Pocket WiFi is 2000 baht (pay at front desk and received THB2000 back later when return)
- WiFi service is 300/month if you wanted to extent the stay the service can be extended monthly and can pay at front desk in advance monthly 🙂
- Water is THB 250 monthly upfront
- Electric will be billed at the end of the month/upon check out base of the real usages.
- Key deposit is 1,000 in case of the key lost/forget, we need to change the lock for security reason.
