We have the biggest and most spacious room in the area. We take guests privacy at its best, so there is no staff station at the premise, but we are on call for 24/7 to help you.
10 mins walk to Icon Siam.
5 mins walk to Taksin pier to the cruise along Chaopraya River and BTS Saphantaksin station is just a ferry away.
12 mins walk from BTS Thonburi.

Property Terms & Policies:
1) Check-in from 14:00 - 22:00
2) Check out by 12:00
3) Reception is not on site. Guest use secret code for check-in given prior to arrival via email.
Property owner will try to be there to welcome you upon arrival. Please let us know if you will arrive at the hostel.
4) Payment on Arrival: Cash only.
5) Cancellation or amendment must be made 1 day in advance prior to arrival.
6) Breakfast is not included.
7) NO smoking in Room, but have a smoking area.
8) Quite a time after 22.00 till 6.00 am.
9) Pets are allowed with advance notice to the landlord with additional fee of 200 THB per one pet.
10) In case of a keycard or key loss, 500 THB will be charged.
11) Apart from your own floor, the shared pantry is available to use at anytime.
12) Surveillance camera in the pantry help protecting you 24/7.
13) There is no lift (elevator) in the house , only the spiral stairs we we love!.
14) Other damage cost if any will be collected after room check.
15) Towels will be changed every 3 days.
