Positive: 1. The house is generally clean as per advertised. 2. At night, the house stay cold. We did not use aircond at living room, only at master bedroom on fan mode for better air circulation. 3. Toilet has a hot shower with good water pressure. 4. The towel provided are fluffy and highly absorbent. 5. Cleaning tools such as broom, mop, etc. are provided, making it easy to sweep up sand from the floor. 6. Near to the beach. 7. With washing machine provided, we can do laundry with ease. 8. Extra plastic garbage bags are provided, making it easy to replace once garbage is full. 9. 2 knives were provided.

Negative: 1. Parking. During Chinese New Year, parking area is super crowded, had to park across the building and road. Less convenient if you bring young children/elders. 2. Lift. Need to be extra careful as its door close quite fast. 3. Water filter may need servicing. The selection for cold temperature is lukewarm. 4. Inside microwave was full stained of oil sardine or sambal. We had to clean it before use. 5. One of remote control for tv has no battery. The same concern for remote fan at master bedroom. We ended up buying new AAA batteries. No internet. 6. Second room had mosquitoes. Advisable to bring mosquito repellent or spray. 7. Limited mugs. Only 3 mugs were provided. 8. All plates provided were glass. We accidentally broke one of the plate. Had informed the owner. 9. Beach is accessible to all, not only for guest who stay at glory beach. 10. Cleanliness at the building could be improved, there were trash scattered near trash area facing in front of lift/near staircase. 11. Dining table is made of metal, and some parts are rusty. Sometimes younger kids touch it and it goes into their mouth.
