This location is a golfer's paradise and a great retreat for family enjoyment. The spectacular balconies of the home offer magnificent views of the ocean and the horizon. The home is located walking distance to the Golf Course and Club House where you can listen to music in the evenings savoring tasty food.
The Master Bedroom has a private balcony open to the wonderful ocean views for those people looking for a romantic getaway. There is an interior patio-courtyard with the sound of water fountain and a BBQ. The home is in excellent prime condition and owners have pride of ownership.
In Holiday and concert times owner reserves the right to rent between 2-3 nights depending on the demand. This can be arranged directly with the owner! Please note if you have more guests than you tell us...we have the right to refuse entrance to the property. Owner is not responsible for injuries or accidents on stairs, balconies or patios. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Owner disclosed the property is not child proof specially on balcony & stairs rails. Please discuss with owner your guest list before arriving.
