Beachside Villa Bayside 11 - Perfect for Families and Beach Lovers! | Villa in Koh Samui

The Villa is at Samrong Bay Beach and also close to three other beautiful beaches. Shops, markets, restaurants, airport, pharmacy and local tourist attractions are all nearby.

Villa ‘Bayside #11’ is located in the most prestigious and peaceful area of Koh Samui; Plai Laem Soi 7, which is situated in the north-eastern part of the island. The villa is close to four beaches, the nearest beach is Samrong Bay Beach or Secret Beach, only 100 meter from the villa. The villa has a private INFINITY POOL.
The airport is a 10 minute drive from the house.
The villa enjoys panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand and the neighboring islands of Koh Som, Koh Phangan, Angthong Marine Park and is located next to the famous Sixth Senses Luxury Resort.
Tucked away in the North-Eastern tip of the Island, Villa Bayside 11 is located about 50 meters from a quiet beach only accessed by three other resorts, facing Koh Pha Ngan island to the North. It’s about 10 minutes drive from the airport, supermarkets, and the busier areas of Chaweng / Bophut. A rental car is recommended to make the best of your stay.
Built on a three-story open design, we decorated the house to make it a relaxing place for a family with children, from infants to teenagers. The main feature is the sea view / blue sky and great sunsets. We just added to the white theme some wooden furniture and splashes of colour on the wall.
The upper floor includes three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a large balcony facing the sea, perfect for enjoying the sunset over Angthong Islands in the distance, and a kids room with bunk beds.
The first floor is the living room with open kitchen (fully equipped, and with kitchen island and bar stools for lazy breakfasts), opening on the terrace with a bar and the infinity 5.5m x 3.5m pool (also overlooking the sea).
Ground floor is the car park with space for two cars, another large bedroom, and a small garden. The 4th bedroom which is located on the ground level is accessible through the garage.
All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The villa is equipped with WiFi (throughout the house), a modern sound system and 55 inches TV with IPTV. Bedrooms have Bluetooth speakers.
Just outside the villa is the Samrong Bay beach, with generally quiet water and gently sloping bottom to make it safe for children. A mini-golf course can also be found just outside our development.
Other pleasant beaches nearby include Thongson Bay (a 5 minutes drive), Choengmon Beach (8 minutes drive), or the shallow Plai Laem beach within walking distance for memorable sunset views. Most of the other activities on the Island (golf courses, water park, night markets, etc.) are within 30 minutes drive.
Children safety considerations include a removable safety gate at the top of the stairs and fence to limit access to the swimming pool. We have a baby cot / bathtub available.
Upon request, holiday guests can invite a Thai chef and/or a nanny for the children, as well as arrange a massage.

BEACHES:
1) Samrong Bay Beach (or Secret Beach) is approx. 300 step walk from the house (you can see the picture which was taken from the master bedroom balcony) This is a small and quiet beach, also used by the Six Senses hotel guests - Perfect for small children!
2) Melati Beach is around 1,2 km (this is a smaller but very beautiful sandy beach)
2) Thongson Bay Beach is around 1,3 km (this is a smaller but very beautiful sandy beach)
3) Choeng Mon Public Beach is around 2 km. This is a wide, long and very nice sandy beach
Getting around: We recommend to rent a car or moped.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION and HOUSE RULES:
- We don't charge any general taxes
- Airport pick-up (one car only), three times weekly house are included in the rental price (**These free services don't apply and will not be provided free for bookings with 40% or more discount**)
- pool cleaning and garden maintenance are included in the rental price
- Guests can request Thai cooking, Thai Massages, Baby sitter services and daily cleaning. If you require any of these additional services, we’ll organize it for you. You will need to pay these directly to the service provider.
- All linen and towels are provided.
- Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, 8 baht kilowatt/hr - This is common practice in Thailand. Please respect the environment, do not leave lights and air-conditioning on needlessly.
- No SMOKING INDOOR, please. Smoking allowed only outdoor in the patio/garden area. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF FOUND SMOKING WITHIN THE VILLA! We take this very seriously!!
- No pets,
- No shoes inside the house
- No loud music or partying after 10 pm (indoor and outdoor). Please be respectful of neighbors, some whom live here full time.
- As usual, we are charging a refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT to avoid any damages.
The deposit is 10,000 THB (or 400 USD/ 400 EUR), payable at arrival in cash to the Villa Manager.
