A brand new, beautiful house right in between the lovely Fishermans Village (for all the lovely restaurants) and Bangrak (with the island’s best sunset bars)
Right over the road from the coast, the house shares a great 80 meter pool (with bar!), a gym, a cafe (that delivers), sauna and steam room, a shop, kids play area, tennis court, basketball hoop with sister development Replay.
My house has all you’ll need and is on ‘Pause’, a small exclusive development of lovely houses.
The space
All the mod-cons from smart tv to Bluetooth speaker, kitchen appliances, coffee makers etc!
All the bedrooms have a balcony, one is en suite, two have walk in wardrobes, one has a massive super king size bed!
There is an office space, a lovely outside space next to the lounge with large table and chairs - a bit of a sun trap in the afternoon!
There’s a garage for the car and spare parking on street for additional cars / bikes if necessary!
On site there’s the massive pool with bar, kids pool, kids play area, gym, sauna/steam, tennis court, shop, restaurant/cafe, sun loungers.
There are steps over the road down to Bangrak beach - a casual 10 mins stroll along the beach will get you to lovely cafes, restaurants, ferry to Koh phagnan/Koh Tao/Surat Thani. The other direction is 10 mins walk (although along the side of the road) to Fishermans Village with its excellent restaurants, family vibe, Friday night market and much more.
Kindly not the electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of electricity, instead meets readings is taken upon arrival and departure of guests (7 THB for Kwatt in cash to be paid before check out). Water is free of charge
