Stepping out, there's a patio,gazebo/bar/dining area, a kitchen, outside shower ,T/B, and a barbecue grill. We also have an island where you can sunbathe and enjoy a view of the sea and Davao skyline. Nearby are restaurants ,wet market, grocery. There is staff to assist with your needs.
