Positive: Private room is okay. Location is perfect: not loud street but still close to the city center. New bathrooms. Friendly staff. Not bad deal for this price now. I hope they will finish renovation and improve accomodation.

Negative: 1. They asked for the deposit - 1000 peso. It's the first time I see deposit in the hostel. For what? There is not television or other expensive equipment. Just beds and old AC. 2. Old AC 3. Hostel is still under construction. Everything in overhaul dust, dirty mirrors, grey floors. Workers go through the corridors all day. 4. Breakfast isn't good. Untasty water from cooler and simple meal.
