A rare 5 bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms with bathtub located at a very convenient and prime location in the middle of Sukhumvit Soi 15. It is Duplex top unit on 7th and 8th floor. There are two elevators in the building. There 1 big Smart Tv in the Apartment with Living Room, Kitchen and Bar counter. Extra bed each will cost Thb500 per night as four big beds will good for sharing up to 8 people. If need separate bed for individual, we can put in 3 Extra beds with fee apply. Kids to have separate single beds, please book them as adult or they can share King size beds for free. Baby cot available with fee, pls check with Host. We Will Prepare Beds Arrangement Base On Number Of Adults Booked, We Will Not Prepare Beds For All 15 Adults, that is Maximum Number Of Guests can book In this Apartment. Please clarify with the Host so there is not misunderstand and bad review. We are working hard for 5 stars review but most of bad review happened from the travelers did not read the description and pricing structure well. Swimming pool and Ftiness are free. Free car park. There are 2 wifi system in the apartment so please check the sign board posted near Tv for username and password

The apartment is near Asoke and Nana Bts stations and many shopping malls like Terminal 21, Robinson, Time Square Korean Foods, and Sukhumvit Soi 11. We are closed to Nana street for Arabian foods and hospital. There is golf cart service to drop to main road.
This 5 bedroom apartment provides free access to gym and rooftop pool. Numbers of rooms opened will depend entirely on the number of guest stated in booking. For instance 2 rooms are opened for 4 guests, 3 rooms for 6 guests and so on.
There is a taxi, motorcycle taxi, tuk tuk and public transportation such aw Bts and Mrt infront of the main road about 700 meters from the Apartment
Please do not throw tissue in toilet bowls. Please do understand that there are 4 big beds sharing up to 8 people and if you dont want to share and need Extra bed, we will charge Thb500 for each Extra bed per Extra bed per night. Max people of 15 can stay here with Extra beds
