Summary: Such a wonderful experience! The staff is simply exceptional—from the warm welcome at check-in to the moment we left, when the team insisted on carrying our heavy luggage for us. My wife and I travel a lot, staying at 15+ hotels a year, mostly 5-star luxury, but this hotel and its service stand out as something truly special. If you’re in Asakusa and looking to spend a few nights, this place is absolutely memorable.
