(1) in the property description section, it is imperative that you mention that a jw marriott hotel is located on the 400-acre site. also mention that the shuttle bus goes back and forth constantly from the desert springs villas and the hotel, (2) you should also mention the number of restaurants that are in or accessible from the hotel along with its shops, (3) in the 2nd paragraph of property description, the evening entertainment primarily takes place at the hotel, not at the dsv resort, (4) the 2nd paragraph also needs to mention that in addition to golf, there are also tennis courts at the hotel site, (5) other than the studio unit, the other 3 1-bedrooms are all king suites and are all the same. please use the king suite description for all 3 of those units, (6) all one-bedroom units have full washer/dryer units, they all have fireplaces (in the living rooms) and they all have 2 flat-screen tvs - a large one in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom, (7) in the 1st paragraph, you need to put the distances in miles as well as in kms. you also need to mention that it is a short 6 or 7 minute drive from the resort to downtown palm desert with its many restaurants, chic shops and nighttime entertainment including dancing, (8) very important: for the king suite -1 unit, (4/10-4/17) the property is available for the first weekend of the coachella valley music festival and for the king suite - 2 unit, (4/17-4/24) the property is available for the second weekend of the coachella valley music festival, *the queen studio can be booked in tandem with the adjoining king suite resulting in a two bedroom unit, *the king suite can be booked in tandem with the adjoining queen studio as a two bedroom unit.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, managed by a private host
