Summary: Exactly the same concept as the hotels I stayed in Japan. Definitely recommend to try the indoor onsen/sauna. The only downfall is if you take train to the hotel, it is a bit hilly between the station and the hotel. If you travel with uber or with no suitcase, no problem at all!
