Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We really liked the format of the Family Suite with a play kitchen, stairs to nowhere, and beds on the floor. Fantastic for toddlers. Check in and check out were very easy. The area is very quiet. Lots of empty fields nearby, but most of Jeju is like this. I'm vegetarian, but the Korean BBQ place at the hotel seems very convenient for dinner.

Negative: The front desk wasn't open in the morning before we headed out each day (8 or 9am), so there was no one to ask for help for various things. The 7-11 was run by the hotel, too, so that was closed when no one was there. The room was not perfectly clean when we arrived, and the carpet had a lot of stains. At least there were towels and soaps and the basics. We had to ask for help to turn on the hot water heater. The staff spoke almost no English at all. We stayed in a 5-star hotel in Seoul before this stay in Jeju, so we may have had slightly high expectations even though we knew this is a cheaper place.

Summary: Fantastic setup for toddlers, but it's budget quality overall
