8 Bedroom House in Catangnan, Santa Monica
Located at Alegria Beach, Isla Marajaw is a 4,561 square meter property with the best sand beach frontage in all of Siargao Island. Our property has 40 meters beach area. It has a total of 8 bedrooms accommodating up to 18 people. There's a large open kitchen, dining room, and living room with large folding doors that open onto a large sun deck and salt water pool.
Very peaceful and our home away from home, originally created as a personal sanctuary that we now hope to share with others.
Isla Marajaw is comprised of three structures: The Main House, Bungalow A and Bungalow B.
The Main House: [Rooms no. 1,2,3, and 4]
Main House has four bedrooms, a large open kitchen and dining room, and a large living room/game room. Bedroom no. 1 (queen) is located on the ground floor, while bedrooms no, 2 (queen),3 (twins), and 4 (twins) are located on the second floor. All rooms in the main house are approximately 19 square meters (approx. 190 sf) double occupancy and and have their own private bathrooms. The large kitchen, dining, living room, second “dirty” kitchen and powder room are for communal use and have large folding doors that open unto a large sun deck and salt water pool.
Bungalow B [Rooms no. 5 and 6]
Bungalow B: is adjacent to the Main House on the South side. It is the larger and newer of the two villas on the property and is a duplex comprised of two separate rooms. The rooms are 24 square meters (240 sf) and double occupancy (queen) however, the space can accommodate another person with the daybed and is great for young families. Each room has its own large private bathroom.
Bungalow A [Rooms no. 7 and 8]
Bungalow A: is adjacent to the Main House on the North side. It is the smaller of the two villas on the property and is a duplex comprised of two separate rooms. The rooms are 14 square meters (140 sf) and double occupancy (twins) with their own private bathrooms. Unlike the rest of the property, Villa one went through a renovation rather than a full remodel.
