This pet friendly home is a gorgeous, modern and light filled duplex with absolutely everything you need for a holiday in the Bay. You are only metres from the beautiful Catalina Golf Club and a lovely flat walk along the promenade to the town, or better yet bring your bikes and ride!
On the entry level you have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main has a queen bed and TV, plus an ensuite, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. All bedrooms have RC air conditioning. Go up the stairs and enter into the gorgeous light filled living room with a very modern kitchen/dining next to this opening onto the balcony with Bay glimpses.
There is a BBQ here for al fresco dining. There is also RC air conditioning in these spaces.Our owners have thoughtfully provided internet and a smart TV and the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm for the family.
Bathrooms/Laundry:There are 2 bathrooms, one an ensuite and the main bathroom with a tub. There is another powder room upstairs. There is a fully equipped laundry.
All linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. Just pack your beach towels!
Please note this property does not accept schoolies. Any schoolies groups will be asked to leave with no refund given.
