Summary: Hilton Saigon is a great hotel with excellent service and a very smooth check-in. I loved the modern, impressive room, the comfortable bed and pillows, the sit-down shower, motorized curtains, and the beautiful river view. There was plenty of space for luggage and lots of hangers, plus an extra sitting area with its own TV where my family could relax. The desk was just large enough for my laptop and an extra screen, with convenient power connections, and the internet delivered about 25–30 Mbps. Room service was excellent. The pizza was great and the burger was okay. I also appreciated the nightly fruit and snacks and the turndown service. The one drawback was the built-in TVs. There was no accessible HDMI connection for my own streaming device, and the English-language channel selection was very limited, mostly BBC, so plan on using YouTube or other available streaming options. I did not try the hotel restaurants, although they looked good. The area is excellent and walkable, with several nearby dining options, though I recommend choosing outside restaurants carefully. The valet and every staff member I encountered were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
