Summary: Sketchy entrance that’s hard to find, then two flights of steep chipped marble stairs. Housekeeping sloppy - I had to ask the desk for toilet paper on two separate occasions. Tiny bottles of shower gel and shampoo that weren’t replaced until completely empty. I spilled something on the luggage strip at the end of the bed and they neither washed nor replaced it. Primary desk clerk was nice enough but his assistant always seemed angry about something. Don’t waste your money on Hotel Bright. My room looked nothing like the Expedia picture - it was tiny. A very disappointing experience. You can do much better in Delhi.
