Summary: My good rating is relative to the price, which is very cheap. This is a very budget hotel - I checked in and out using a kiosk in front. Very easy even without any Japanese. No key card required to use the elevator, which might be a concern for some. Also there's a 150 yen a night bathhouse fee, even if you don't use it (I didn't). The area is very quiet. The rooms are small but larger than I expected given the price. Overall I'd consider it if you're on a low budget and just need a place to crash.
