Positive: First of all I didn't check much of the facility details I expect the room I booked in is for two ..but I realized it's good for family or groups of friends it's big there are a total of 4 beds like I can see the extra beds below the main beds. The room is so big. Couch, tables and chairs provided. What I love most is the hosts were responsive. Alex is so accommodating, very helpful in every possible way which made my stay overall okay.

Negative: Room 6. No wifi inside the room its only available outside in the balcony but the host is very helpful in resolving issues encountered which I appreciated so much. They provided pocket wifi I guess so I was able to use wifi inside the room. Very convenient. The rest room bowl doesn't flush but host Alex so accommodating able to fix it. But again I encountered it didn't flush again but if you poured water manually it works. One thing is uncomfortable is the restroom is outside the room whenever you go out going to the rest room people can see you.. it's uncomfortable going outside the rest room or after a shower wearing only towel people living at the back of the building can see you before you can get inside the room it's awkward. Tricycle driver having hard time searching the place most of the drivers says they were not familiar coz it new apartment. There were no toiletries provided but when I requested they provided tissues , shampoo, soap ,brush the same day.no Heater so no hot shower. No kettle.no water inside the room. But I guess it's available outside the room near gate area I wasn't just informed probably. The AC is slow not so cold but it's okay it's manageable. No double lock could be better if it has for security measures
