Summary: Our stay in the Jantra was absolutely amazing. We had the luck to be upgraded to a much bigger room which even came with its own Christmas tree! The hotel is located within the Pukhet Country Club which makes it very quiet but also a bit remote. You will definitely need a transport to get anywhere, which can be arranged by the hotel or you just call a cab with Bolt/Grab. The owners are very forthcoming. Communication is done via messenger to reduce contact during Covid but they reply even at odd hours and take your requests. In general, the hygiene measures are at highest standard. The whole premise looks new and well maintained. Breakfast with our own personal waiter was served with on an outside terrace with a wonderful view on to the golf course. Overall it felt more like a big mansion rather than a hotel. It was a perfect choice for a stay near Phuket City and a base for our trips across the area.
