Summary: We really enjoyed staying at Kagura White Horse Inn. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's located almost right across the road from Kagura ski resort so extremely convenient with easy bus access. If we have a minor gripe (not the fault of the lodgings), it's that the only eating place for dinner was the nearby "roadside stop" about 10-15 minutes walk away. We could have taken a taxi into town but after a day's skiing, you're usually tired and usually want to dine somewhere close and convenient. That aside, we had a very pleasant experience staying at White Horse Inn.
