Summary: A beautiful retreat with unforgettable views and heartfelt service. Our stay at Kalandara Luxury Resort Lombok was an experience to remember. The villa was stunning — spacious, private, and perfectly designed to take in the drop-dead gorgeous views of the sea and hills. Every morning felt like waking up in paradise. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Special thanks to Wina and the reception team for their warm hospitality and seamless arrangements. The drivers — Emy, Ahyar, and Taufik — were friendly, punctual, and always ready to help. Riyan from room service went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and all the restaurant staff made every meal a pleasure with their smiles and attentiveness. However, we had a bad experience at the Spa and unfortunately can’t recommend it. Some of the other services also felt overpriced, such as the BBQ dinner with limited variety and the laundry service. Overall, though, Kalandara is a breathtaking resort with world-class views and genuinely kind staff. With a few refinements to pricing and service consistency, it would easily be a five-star experience.
