Positive: Check in is easy, It is cheap and location is near to UTAR.

Negative: The room is not equipped with towel and toiletries, the owner brought over after feedback to him. The toilet basin water is very low pressure. Aircon not working, toilet bowl and shower head also have problem.

Summary: Just OK
