Positive: - Location is next to this Shopping Street in Ipoh. You just have to cross the road. - Easy to locate place and get the key. Instruction PDF is clear.

Negative: - Unfortunately Wifi did not work. It was not because was Wifi is not active. Some login issue comes. Informed to Owner but he was unable to fix the issue as well. - The 3 ACs did not work. I feel like there was a power issue. Informed the Owner. Since it was rainy ray, we did not had a hassle from heat. - The ceiling fan in the master bed room was loosen. We were worried to switch on the fan as fan would fall down. And as the AC was not working, we opened the windows and slept.

Summary: Location is great. Apartment is cozy. Some Maintenance is needed.
