Summary: My solo vacation at this hotel was outstanding. I wanted a quiet and peaceful vacation. The staff and location exceeded my expectations! Everyday I was recognized by name, treated with such kindness and made to feel welcome. The front desk helped me with any questions or issues. Ann was absolutely amazing. She loves her job, and it definitely shows in her warm and caring attitude. The restaurant spoiled me daily at the rooftop pool with excellent food and daily help reserving private covered beach bed due to my vitiligo and sun sensitivity conditions. Sandra was a godsend! She was my most favorite person I met during my stay. This lady looked after me helped reserve beach bed and kept me hydrated and well taken care of. She actually made me coconut water from a coconut she bought from a vendor on her way to work! The spa services I had were excellent! Claudia, Daisy and Pedro each gave me separate spa treatments and they really care about you and you will be very pleased. The whole restaurant staff (victor, Rafael, Sandra and more made dining excellent! Food was great, room spacious and gorgeous with a beautiful view and I was consistently met with great hospitality every day of my vacation. Also, I got to know the gift shop employee and bought some lovely items. She has a great selection of items and very friendly. Five stars for the room, rooftop pool and restaurant, beach area and entire staff. Muchos gracias for everything.
