No parties allowed, only guests that are on reservation are allowed. please message me if you want to bring in more guests prior to request to book

We will greet and meet you in person to assist you with check in and check out and show you around the unit and neighborhood.
If the electricity charge of your stay exceeds 1,500 THB for a 30 nights stay, there will be an extra charge, we'll also provide you the billing statement for reference and it will be calculated/prorate for your stay period only.
All the foreign national guests will be required to complete foreign guests registration (TM30). You will need to present me 'copy of passport', 'visa page' and 'front & back of arrival card (TM6)' to comply with the immigration regulation. Details will be sent via messaging upon confirmation of the bookings.
For Thai national, please present a copy of the Thai national ID
To comply with building management's practice and TM30's submit, a lease agreement with house rules and furniture's list will be required to be signed upon check in.
One access card for entrance door & elevator will be provided upon check in. if you lose the access card, a charge of 600 THB will be imposed.
Please comply with building guide towards covid-19 prevention such as wearing mask in public area at all time and remain physical distancing in shared spaces
