Residencias Reef 5300 La Villa De Francia is clearly the crown jewel of this much-loved condo resort and located in the coveted building #1 directly on the beach. Purchased recently from the original owner and developer, this condo offers 4 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms with a private penthouse infinity lap pool and the most spectacular views on the island! Located directly on San Francisco Beach, this is perfect for divers and beach lovers alike! Fully air-conditioned this condo has 2 large outdoor spaces including a huge wrap around balcony and rooftop terrace with plenty of dining and lounging areas.
For ocean excursions there is a private pier for convenient pickup and 2 heated swimming pools for water fun and relaxation. For the bike riding enthusiasts Cozumel has an amazing and safe bike road right outside the gates of Residencies Reef that circles much of the island with magnificent ocean views! Bike rental companies are widely available and will drop bikes off at the resort. Massage therapists will come directly to the condo for a relaxing massage on the terrace!
The living area boasts a new 65-inch tv with 4 sofas and a new custom-made dining table and chairs. The master suite features new furnishings with a new custom built king bed and new mattress, tv and attached bathroom with shower and tub. Also on the main level are two king studio suites with private entrances and terraces and attached bathrooms with showers and tubs. These two suites also have new custom built king beds and new mattresses. They have kitchenettes with newly purchased mid-sized refrigerators, microwaves, toaster ovens and new 55-inch TVs. An additional air-conditioned bedroom is located on the penthouse level with one king and bathroom. The entire condominium is furnished with marble flooring and black slate countertops.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware and furnishings. An onsite washer and dryer are located on the penthouse level. Private cooking services are available for an additional fee. There are a total of 3 new drinking water coolers. Housekeeping services 6 days a week are included.
La Villa De Francia is a three-bedroom condo with 2 attached king studio suites (La Casita De Jose and La Casita De Katalina) with private entrances to equal the total of five bedrooms all connected with a private entrance hallway. Therefore, if you only need 3 bedrooms this can be arranged and the king studio suites are available for private rental as well. This is our much loved winter family home so we are happy to share this only with adults (30 or older) or adults accompanying their children.
Residencies Reef is located a short distance south of San Miguel and offers a very quiet and private escape for a relaxing vacation. Security is top notch and free parking is plentiful. Whether for the perfect family vacation or a couple’s getaway, this condo offers spectacular views and amenities
