Summary: Great hotel with really nice facilities. The private beach was also really good. However, I did not like that the staff kept asking me if I stayed at the hotel and then what my room number was every time i asked for directions or wanted to use the canoe. That ruined some of the experience for me. I would not expect this from a 5 star hotel.
