Located in the popular northeast corner of the island of Koh Samui and nestled in a quiet high-end residential portion of Choeng Mon, you have numerous other high-end villa complexes nearby and luxury hotels, like the Kimpton, the famed Choeng Mon beach, shopping, and restaurants within a short 7-10 minute walk away. Choeng Mon is considered the most prestigious, exclusive area of the island. You can also easily reach popular areas of nearby Bophut like Fishermans Village and popular hotspots like Bangrak or Chaweng by a short 10 minute drive. Our luxury villa is easily reachable to the airport in a 15 minute drive away, with private airport transfers to and from our villa included during our promotion period.
Other things to note
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 pm noon. If you require flexibility with these times, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our booking schedule. We require guests to inform us in advance of their expected arrival and departure time in order to coordinate check-in/out procedures.
GUEST REGISTRATION:
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional guests after check-in are subject to the maximum occupancy rules and must be registered with villa management. Quiet hours are enforced from 22:00 - 8:00 (10PM-8AM).
SECURITY DEPOSIT/DAMAGES POLICY:
A cash deposit of 6000 THB (or $200 USD, €200, £150, or ¥1200 CNY) will be collected at check-in to cover any incidental damages during your stay. The security deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to an inspection at check-out for any missing contents, damages or breakages. The expected cleaning, repair or replacement cost is charged, except for normal wear and tear.
BABY POLICY:
Up to 2 infants and children under 3 are permitted per stay and must be arranged in advance. Baby cots and high chairs are complimentary, subject to availability.
EXTRA BEDS:
Rollaway extra beds can be arranged in advance, for a fee of 1000 THB per night (maximum 1 per bedroom).
LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS:
Sonata consists of just 3 exclusive newly built villas, each within their own private compound with personalised services such as chefs, maid, spa massage, and activities that can be arranged through our dedicated team.
For larger groups of 4-12 people renting multiple Sonata villas, special interconnected walkways between the villas can be opened up so that your entire group can easily go between villas without having to go outside the villa grounds.
EXTRA SERVICES:
Fees for extra services can be quoted by our villa manager, and payment for extra services must be in Thai baht cash only.
OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE:
• Daily housekeeping is included
• Towels are changed twice weekly and linens once a week
• High speed WiFi is included
• Water usage is included
• Electric is included at a very generous usage amount of 100 units per day. To discourage energy waste, excessive electricity use in rare instances above 100 units daily will be charged at 7.5 THB/kWh
• Transfer from/to Samui Airport or the Bangrak piers are included. Due to distance, fees apply for transfers from other piers.
• Please note that if we are not arranging your transfer, you must let us know your expected arrival time by 2 days in advance, to allow us to schedule our staff to meet you for your check-in.
