This charming, bright studio is located under the main house and has full size windows, open bedroom with full size bed, a full size sleep sofa and an updated bathroom with shower. Amenities include: refrigerator, 4 burner stove, microwave & coffee maker. Great family location with a playground located across the street (playground will likely not be available for 2025 season as it is being updated) and trolley stop just steps away.
The studio has been freshly painted, has new tile in entry/kitchen area along with new carpeting. Due to low ceilings, unit is not suitable for anyone 6 feet 2 inches or taller. This is a non- smoking unit and is strictly enforced.
Sheets and towels provided for reservations made after June 6, 2025.
