Please note that for security purpose all indian guests are required to present a valid photo id proof (voter's id, driving license, aadhar card, any other id with address approved by the government of india. pan card is not acceptable). all international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa, please note that for indian guests, cash settlements of inr 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out, this is a 140 year old palace and all rooms are of a different size and layout. room categories have been classified basis a range of room size and thus no two rooms will be of same size and layout at the hotel, mandatory surcharge for festive meals - christmas eve on 24th dec at inr 7000 plus taxes per person and new year eve on 31st dec at inr 10000 plus taxes per person, kids up to 11 years will be charged 50 percent of above rates for mandatory festive meals, festive meals are applicable over and above the booked price and would be directly payable at hotel.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
