Summary: Overall, an amazing experience. Hotel and service was impeccable. Room was really terrific. The only issue was that I snagged my dress jacket on a nail that was sticking out on one of their dinning room chairs. The restaurant manager came over and indicated that the ‘hotel’s tailor’ would take care of it. Not sure that the hotel even had a tailor and it was Labor Day weekend as well. No one from the hotel ever followed up.
