Positive: The welcome, pools, breakfast, drinks and service were excellent. Bikes can be hired next door and really made the stay fun - we rented bikes, never finding the same route back and got lost every time which was entertaining (I recommend using phone torches as it is very dark in the middle of the island at night!). The owner's daughter had a new pet - Donald - a v cute duckling - hopefully 'they' are still there, as we think he was really a Jemima...

Negative: If, like me, you are snake phobic, you might be a little nervous. I am delighted to say I didn't see one but the hotel is kind of in the forest so I was conscious of the reasons the bungalows are on stilts and why there are planks of wood around where the walls meet the ceiling. The bathrooms are open air, which my family loved (obviously I knew they were when I booked) and had to have an escort with me when I showered - I am pleased to say there is a solid wall between the shower and the loo, so that my son could chat to me while I was showering. Pathetic I know!!!!!
