Whale Watch is just a short walk to Boat Harbour, with its great rock pool, boat ramps and rock fishing or a five minute walk into central Gerringong for shopping, coffee, lunch or dinner.

In summer the property is completely protected from the North East winds so you can sit out and watch the water in complete comfort. Or take a short stroll down the hill to have a refreshing dip in the amazing Boat Harbour rock pool. Cook a romantic meal for two in the spacious kitchen, then dine al fresco in the back courtyard with your dog.
How is the property laid out?
Whale Watch is a one bedroom, one bathroom house. Perfect for couples.The bedroom has a queen bed, and the modern bathroom/laundry has a shower, vanity, toilet, washer and dryer.
There are two living areas, the first at the front of the house with a smart TV, DVD player, Foxtel, gas log fireplace and ocean views. The second living area opens to the back courtyard and has a big sofa and second TV.The huge kitchen is well equipped with electric hotplate and oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
