Summary: Negative - From what i could tell there was only 1 male toilet for the dorm, meaning waiting to be able to use and then trying to rush because your occupying the only toilet, also a slight gap in the door so you felt a little exposed!. Positive- everything else really, beautiful area really convenient for the lakes/hiking, not far from the main town, great lounge area upstairs with complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks/snacks as well as places to relax, table tennis etc, dorm beds are a good size, towels replaced without asking, free robes to use, enough showers and good ones, i was never waiting, there is an onsen so people use that instead i suppose, nice little breakfast buffet for a light start to the day, thanks too all staff who were polite and welcoming
