Positive: This is the most difficult review I have had to write. I have given them a 9, but as you will see in the negative comments - it all went horribly wrong. The location is great, the rooms are small, functional and only 2 beds per room. The common areas are really nice.

Negative: Well! They have a PIN code locking system. At 11:15pm, I went out to my car and COULD NOT GET BACK IN AGAIN. The code was incredibly simple, so that was not the problem. I tried maybe 20 times. I gave up and had no emergency contact number (in the room - of course!). I slept in my car and woke up with jet lag. In the morning at 7am I tried again and it worked first time. I suspect the lock has a timer on it - which they deny. I spoke to the boss who HAS YET TO GET BACK TO ME! The other staff were incredibly kind and apologetic. The lady who checked me in burst into tears as I was leaving. They offered to CANCEL free of charge, but I rejected as I felt this review was important. STILL WAITING FOR AN EXPLANATION FROM THE BOSS. You can see why this was a tough one. I could have given them a 1, but that would not have been fair on the wonderful staff. The only restaurant in town open was Italian!! But excellent.
