Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were great, kind, friendly & helpful. They will help you with any requests, information, booking snorkeling trip etc. The common area facing the sea was the highlight. Guest can borrow kayak and explore the area near the hotel. You can choose your breakfast each morning. Great location, you can walk from the port & to alun-alun, plenty of food places around, shops/pharmacy/doctors/the other port are all walkable within 10-15 mins. Room is nice & clean, had problem with shower drainage but the staff sorted straight away. Husband & daughter were sick most of the time, we were grateful that we had this place for them to rest & relax.

Negative: There were mosquitoes, not much anyone can do, be prepared with repellent if you can't stand them.
