Original, historic maple wood floors mixed with a modern style. Gorgeous windows allow in natural lighting. Loft bedroom, full kitchen, and washer/dryer combo unit. Everything you need for a private night / weekend away. Walking distance to downtown & hospital. Private drive. Best for 1 person CAN fit 3 if small family. You enter into the mud room with a closet for coats and shoes, bags, umbrellas, etc. Heading into the apartment, the full bathroom includes a good size shower, sink, toilet, and combo washer/dryer. Into the kitchen, there are beautiful historical hardwood floors and butcher block counters with an island. The space is well lit with 13 foot high ceilings, and 72" windows. The small loft bedroom fits just a twin size bed and a small shelf. Under the loft is the black velvet pullout sofa, with memory foam mattress, storage ottoman, and smart tv. The pull out sofa is a full size technically, but not very thick and feels and looks small. It is best suited for a smaller person or kids.
