The space
Renovated designer-style condominium with space of 1,100 sq ft is with city & sea view. As a self-contained private condo unit, it has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen-sized beds and 1 sofa bed at living hall. Total sleep 7 comfortably. Air-con and ceiling fans at bedrooms and common areas keeps the place cool. It comes complete with 1 en-suite and 1 guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen , a bar table and dining area.
The open concept kitchen completes with microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, cooking appliances (pots, pans) and a refrigerator, for your convenience. The place also comes with a washer for your laundry needs. We provide towels, toilet papers, shampoo and body shampoo too.
Short walk to regular buses to the heart of Georgetown & beyond. Easy access to Straits Quay and Tesco for daily shopping. Delicious and unique local food just around the corner to serve your cravings.

This is a self-cater home. We are more than happy to pre-stock the kitchen with your grocery list, just ask! There is a small convenience shop in the complex selling groceries and food.
The condominium caters to both adults and children and the apartment is a home away from home. For large groups, family reunions, weddings, etc. we have other unit available in other part of Penang state that will sleep up to a total of 8-9.
