This place comes with 32 inch TV in every bedroom. There is also 65 inch TV in living room. In addition, there is another 58 inch TV in dining hall. There are 5 TV's in total. These are all latest smart TV 2021 model. It has all 3rd apps like Netflix, Amazon prime, hotstar, HBO etc. You can also do airplay to cast from mobile phone to TV.
The rooms are designed with taste. Guests are offered comfortable accommodation in all spacious rooms.

Please follow all rules mentioned in Airbnb.
1. No smoking inside flat. You can do in the backside two balconies only. There will be fine of 1000rs fine if there is smoking inside home.
2. Alcohol is allowed, but only restricted in in the living room or dining room. Alcohol is not allowed in balcony. There will be fine if 1000 rs if this is not followed.
3. If any guest creates a mess or pukes during your stay. You would have to clean the entire mess and report to Host about the incident. If we find vomit or lot of mess created, there will be 3000rs fine.
4. Please keep the noise level down to not disturb other flat owners. Please do not make loud noises while in the balcony or in the parking lot or flat premises.
5. Please switch off lights, taps, AC units when not in use.
6. Please put all the trash on in the respective trash bins. If using any dishes, make sure you trash all the excess food into the trash bins. Next rinse the plate and leave it in the backside wash area. If you do not follow this, there will be 1000rs fine.
7. Do not leave any dishes in the kitchen sink area.
8. If you are cooking and using the rice cooker or pressure cooker or any of the utensils, please rinse it and keep in back side wash area.
9. We will have the maid come and clean entire house including any vessels at around 11am every day. This is included in the price. Every day maid will come and clean entire flat at 11am every day. Her duties are to clean wash basins ,bath sinks, kitchen vessels and plates if any to wash ,rooms and living hall floor sweeping.If she asks guests money, bring to our notice. Do not pay the maid any money.
10. If you have not given correct count of guests, you will be fined extra 1000rs per extra guest and may be asked to leave the property for not disclosing correct information.
11. Please do not sleep on the sofa.
12. If there are any damages during your stay, you would have to pay for the damages. If you notice any damage, please report it immediately to Host. Host will review damages and let you know if there is any expenses that you need to pay.
13. Please do not wear footwear inside the flat. Use the shoe rack at the main door.
14. For longer stays which is more than 1weeks, guest has to pay additional for Electricity bill as per their usage, Maid cost of 200 rs per day.
