Positive: loved the location and service and the rooms felt so relaxed and taken care of! the staff is exceptional and food was great. I was upgraded into a better view and that made such big difference. thank you

Negative: pool wasn’t open but I guess you need to do the upgrades sometime in the year and this was the beat silent period to do it!
