Summary: Good location, plenty of convenience stores nearby if you need to grab any last-minute items, and also just a short 10 minute walk to Otsuka Station. It's around a 15 minute walk to the Ikebukuro area, which has lots of shops, food options, and another station there too. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is a laundry room with plenty of both washers & dryers, so we never needed to wait as there was always one available to use. The room is small, so if you have a lot of luggages and bags it can be difficult to open them up and still have space to move around. The bathroom takes some getting used to as it is also small and has quite a high step to get in/out of the bathroom and the bathtub too, so that is something to note for anyone with mobility issues or bad knees. Overall had a good experience here as it was a good central location and affordable price.
