Positive: Brand new facilities. Various outlet restaurant and entertainment options.

Negative: The FO staff’s engagement was rude and unpleasant. As soon as I checked in, the FO staff said I was getting a lower-floor room because I booked through Booking.com, which is a business category. I wasn't aware of this at all. I paid the same amount as the hotel website. It was year-end, so the room rate was twice as high as usual. Do I deserve to be greeted with, “You are on the lower floor because you didn't book through the hotel website”? Not only that, he was showing me a very annoyed face all the time, as if I had done something wrong! I booked the hotel the night before my flight to Australia. As I have an early morning flight, I wanted to stay overnight near the airport. Sorry, I didn’t know about your hotel and its facilities, so I had many questions. However, your duty is to answer customers' queries! In addition to the above, an unexpected system down in the middle of the night. No Internet, TV, phone or heater were working. As a non resident in Korea, I had no way contact anyone including the hotel staff, as the phone in the room was not working. Glad my sister was with me so we had to call the tel reception using mobile phone! It would have been a huge challenge for a complete foreigners! What an experience! I paid ¥48,000 for a room and spent more for entertainment and eating for one evening but it wasn’t worth the money! During the pick season, extra service and facility maintenance is the must as hotel guests expectation is higher! It seems you don't care but want more money! One important lesson learned: if I book a hotel room via Booking.com, I will get a lower-floor room.
