Positive: yeah this was the best place out of all accommodations we stayed at for our two week holiday. superb staff and was very accommodating. the beds were INCREDIBLY comfy and I had to ask what kind they were after our stay. location was great, close to the two main train lines you need. literally no issues with sound from the restaurants and train, it's very soft and if anything adds ambience. very roomy, stayed as a group of 4 if that helps.

Negative: clothes drying rack was a bit small but could manage. and I personally wasn't bothered by it but the stairs in and out were a touch steep so maybe be careful if travelling with kids or elderly. otherwise no issues.

Summary: fully recommend this place but try not to book when I come back because I wanna stay here 👍
